Tuesday, April 26: Colossians 4:2-4
What are Paul's instructions about how to pray? What does Paul ask for prayer concerning? Why might this be significant given his circumstances? Spend some time in prayer praying for the Gospel to advance in our community and around the world.
Wednesday, April 27: Colossians 4:5-6
How are Christians to relate to those who aren't followers of Jesus? Pray this morning for the people that you will cross paths with today who are not followers of Christ. Pray for God's work in their life and yours.
Thursday, April 28: Colossians 4:7-9
Who are the people Paul is talking about in this passage? What can we learn about them from what Paul writes in this passage? What can we learn about them from other passages of Scripture (Acts 20:4 & Philemon 8-16)? What can we learn from these ministry partners about what it means to be a follower of Jesus?
Friday, April 29: Colossians 4:10-18
Why is it significant that Paul communicates greetings from so many different people to the church? What do we learn about where many of the churches met (vs 15)? Consider Paul's final greeting. What is significant about it?
Saturday, April 30: Colossians 3:1-4
Be reminded of the core message of Colossians found in these verses. What does it tell us is true about Jesus? What does it tell us is true about Jesus' followers? How does it tell us Jesus' followers are to live in light of these truths?
